oin us for a lecture session with Ian Hart, co-founder of Sacred Spirits Company; He’ll share with us the history of his emergence from a Corporate background to become the founder of London’s only vacuum distillery. We will sample and discuss Sacred products and hear about the creative processes used to produce the Sacred line.

69 Colebrooke Row will host a Master Class devoted to KIGO Shochu, a Colebrooke favourite.
We will introduce the product at our Japanese Masterclass on 7th May, however this distinct class will be geared more toward our industry peers and will delve deeper into KIGO, it’s production, history and uses.
